Agreement to Terms

By using the services of XtraFast Carpentersville Towing, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all towing, roadside assistance, and related services we provide. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

Services Provided

XtraFast Carpentersville Towing provides emergency towing, roadside assistance, vehicle recovery, and related automotive services in Carpentersville, IL and surrounding areas. We operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. All services are subject to availability and may vary based on location, vehicle type, and specific circumstances.

Payment Terms

Payment for services is due at the time of service completion unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards. You are responsible for any fees, charges, or costs incurred in connection with our services. Prices are subject to change based on distance, vehicle type, time of day, and complexity of the service required.

Customer Responsibilities

When requesting our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your location, vehicle, and situation
• Have proper authorization to request towing or service for the vehicle
• Remove all personal belongings and valuables from the vehicle before towing
• Inform us of any special conditions, damage, or modifications to your vehicle
• Be present or designate an authorized representative during service

Liability and Insurance

XtraFast Carpentersville Towing is fully licensed and insured. While we take every precaution to protect your vehicle during towing and transport, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage, items left in the vehicle, or damage resulting from the condition of the vehicle itself. Our liability is limited to direct damages caused by our negligence during the towing process, as covered by our insurance policy.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel a service request, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made after a truck has been dispatched may incur a cancellation fee to cover travel costs and time. We will inform you of any applicable fees at the time of cancellation.

Vehicle Storage

If your vehicle is towed to our facility or a storage location, you are responsible for any storage fees that may apply. Storage fees begin accruing after a specified grace period and continue until the vehicle is picked up. We are not responsible for vehicles left in storage beyond reasonable time periods.

We will work with you to resolve any issues fairly and promptly. Any disputes that cannot be resolved directly shall be governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.
